the next step

The Wolves Multi-Sport Program is the next step for the Jr. Wolves Grade 6 athletes. Teams play in city-wide leagues like Edmonton Minor Soccer Association and Ball Hockey Edmonton. Learn more below.

THE WOLVES ATHLETIC CLUB IS A FREE PLAY FOR KIDS INITATIVE.

What We Offer

  • We incorporate multiple sports into our training to help athletes build overall coordination, athleticism, and confidence—not just sport-specific skills. This approach develops well-rounded athletes who move better, adapt faster, and stay engaged.

  • All sessions are led by trained and certified coaches who bring experience, professionalism, and a commitment to positive youth development. Our staff prioritize both skill progression and creating a safe, supportive environment.

  • The step from Jr. Wolves to Wolves provides opportunities to progress into sport-specific Wolves teams (soccer, hockey, basketball). They will also have an opportunity to gain employment skills such as refereeing, mentoring, coaching, and more!

Including eligibility for our University Scholarship!

  • We introduce athletes to the basics of nutrition and healthy habits to support their performance and overall well-being. Through simple, practical education, kids learn how food fuels their bodies on and off the court.

This is a last call to register for the Wolves Athletic Club. This is the next step from our after-school program into an organized soccer/ball hockey team. Your child can continue playing with us through junior high and high school. At Free Play, we understand how important it is for kids to build strong friendships and have positive mentors before they become teenagers, and this is the place!
